China~Gel Giveaway!

This season the SNOW fell early.
SNOW falling means SKIING and SNOWBOARDING!
Greg and his buddy Matt hit the slopes @Crystal Mountain!
I stayed home and went to yoga. ;)
I don't ski.
I like to go snowshoeing.
Blue skies + fresh powder = PERFECT day on the slopes!
Greg called on the way home to make sure I had some Epsom salt.
He also asked if I'd rub him down with China~Gel!
Of course I said yes!
He's always rubbing me down with China~Gel after yoga.
China~Gel is a herbal topical pain reliever.
It helps to relieve muscle aches and joint pains.
When you rub it on it feels like an on~going HEAT massage.
I love it!
Sometimes I slather it on before I practice yoga.
Wanna WIN some China~Gel?
Sure you do!
Leave me comment.
What have you done lately to move and groove!
You might need a good rub down!
WINNER will be announced on Wednesday!
WINNER is:
Congrats Andrea! Yeah for Crossfit!
HaPPy Week!
*You can order China~Gel here.*
Did you go skiing this weekend?
~xxooxx~

  7. I can't say I love snow, but I love the photos! You live in a lovely place, how far to the mountains? I'd use the China Gel on my achy breaky back. If I don't win (not lucky usually for contests) where can I buy it.? Going to Michigan for Thanksgiving from Toronto where I live. Thanks for your wonderful blog (not sucking up) I made pot holders from your tutorial this weekend, thanks!

  10. My husband and I have been painting our whole downstairs trying to get it ready for our 1st Thanksgiving in our new to us home. We're so excited. It's so funny b/c both of us need a rub down but the other is too sore to give it :)

  11. We just moved to a new it us home. That means lots of ladder work and painting. And lifting boxes, and unpacking, and well...you get the idea. I wake up in the night to discover how sore I am and can't get back to sleep because of the hurt...but was too busy to notice before bedtime. Funny, huh?

No snow here....there'll be skiing here in the PA mountains soon enough.

  12. The snow looks beautiful. I'm hopeful that we'll have snow for the holidays, at least they said we should have a white Christmas.

I've never heard of China Gel but it sounds wonderful. It could be just what the doctor ordered. I could use this to give my hubby a rub down. He typically rides his bike long distances but lately since the weather has been cold he's mountain biking which works totally different muscles and he's feeling it in his back and neck. I however have been cooking so much my legs, hands and arms could use a rub down or just a long, hot bath or jacuzzi.

I love your blog, it's always so cheery. I haven't had much time to post comments on anyones blog lately since i've been so busy lately with my culinary classes but I'm glad I took a minute to stop by yours today. I hope you and your family have a Happy Thanksgiving!

  14. Oh- I have never heard of China Gel! It has to beat the old BenGay used here. I would love to try it~ No snow here yet but I can feel it in the air. It is in the 30's today and cold and dreary but there is no snow in the forecast! xo Diana

  16. Your photos look like a beautiful winter wonderland. I am not a skiier either, I prefer to stay warm inside. The cold makes my muscles sore, I never heard of China Gel before. Thanks for posting about it, I am going to try it!

  17. Hi Teresa: Had to laugh at you and Greg. I can't be without my Epsom Salts but not familiar with China-Gel. I love to keep moving and grooving with Just Dance on the Wii. I love music. Unfortunately, at my age, the moving and grooving soon becomes moaning and groaning, but at least I try. I think I need some China-Gel. Jayne

  19. Beautiful photos! I'm not a skiier either...I'd do well in the Lodge with a hot beverage. :-) I walk a lot and my knees are arthritic so would love to try this China-Gel. I haven't heard about it although I thought I had tried most everything.

    Happy Thanksgiving and many blessings!

  26. What type of yoga do you practice?

    Love your blog!

  27. I had never heard of this product until your post. I checked their website and thought it was so funny that you know about something like this that is made just about an hour from my home yet I had never heard of it.

I NEED this after reading their website info. I would be thrilled if it worked as well on me as what you say and all the testimonials I just read. It would be a world of difference for me and my husband who has to do so many things in our home because I can't. You're awesome to offer this giveaway.
I have osteoarthritis in both my knees and also fibromylagia so pain is my entire life. AND it is no fun at all.
I'm crossing my fingers for this giveaway. If I am lucky enough to win and it helps then I'll definitely buy more. I can't take the normal meds for the things I have so I cannot get the relief that many can and that alone is depressing.

  28. There would be NO skiing being done here in NW Alabama with the temps in the 70's and raining right now. I would love to be somewhere like you are to enjoy the REAL snow every once in a while :)

  31. I tell you I have been taking ZUMBA. You know the class where you dance like nobodys watching (or at least you pray they're not). My good Baptist Momma would be mortified if she saw me! But you know I just decided I didn't want to look like a busted can of biscuits in my "drawers" anymore. So, I'm just living life to it's fullest and jiggling my way through. : )

  32. I tell you I have been doing Zumba ever since I walked by the mirror and looked like a busted can of biscuits. I was just mortified!!! So I have been dancing like NOBODY is watching. I decided life is just to short not to enjoy every day. And if dancing brings me enjoyment then the aches and pains are worth it. : )
Happy Thanksgiving! Wish you were here we could take a hike in the Smoky Mountains.

  33. I know I'm too late for the giveaway, but I've never heard of Chine Gel. I'm going to look for it!

I cannot believe that SNOW, Teresa! Wow....it's beautiful!

Happy, happy Thanksgiving to you, Greg and Doogan! ♥ So thankful that we've "met." Blogging would not be as much fun without you.
